Our Team

At CarShield FC, excellence isn’t just something we strive for on the pitch; it is the standard held by every individual who makes this club possible. While our players capture the highlights, it is our dedicated staff of coaches, administrators, and technical directors who build the foundation for their success.

Running a premier youth soccer organization operates on a rare synergy of talent, where our staff members are versatile leaders defined by their ability to wear many critical hats simultaneously. Their contributions are as multifaceted as the club itself. From the logistical precision of our registrar and director of operations, who also spearheads complex club operations, to all the coaches who serve as both strategic visionaries and personal mentors, our administrative, staff, and coaching team embraces a dynamic work environment. Behind every seamless tournament is an administrator who is also an event planner and communications lead, and every great player development cycle is championed by a technical director who is also a dedicated coach educator and parent liaison. We believe that to develop great players, you first need a great culture, and that culture is driven by the tireless work ethic of the professionals who call CarShield FC home.”
