Club Co-President
Steve is a USSF National D Licensed coach and has 29 years of coaching experience. He helps create, implement, and oversees training, games, and team selections.
In 2013, he was head coach of U18 girls that finished USL Super Y Midwest Division Champions and qualified for the USL Super Y League North American Finals in Bradenton, Florida where they finished 3rd.
Steve was also President of Madrinas Soccer Club (2018-2020), where he coached and trained multiple premier league and tournament championships. Previous to that Steve was the founder of NX Level Soccer (2017-2018). From 2014-2017 Steve was the Girl’s Director for the Missouri Thorns where he oversaw the development of players from 5-19 years of age. (1994-2014) Steve was with Tony Glavin (now TG Academy) as the girl’s Director of Coaching, Head Coach, and Trainer. (2006-2007) Missouri ODP State Coach.

Originally from Uruguay, Nacho’s vast experience, as a player, coach, and director, speaks for itself. From MVP to first-team All-American, to Club Director, he has succeeded in every aspect of the sport.
In 2004, he led Lindenwood University’s Men’s Soccer Program to their first and only NAIA National Championship. He was named the tournament MVP and was also named the NAIA National Player of the Year.

“Ignacio Novas was a four-year letter winner for the Lindenwood men’s soccer team and the leader of the 2004 team, which won the NAIA National Championship. Novas was a four-time first-team all-conference selection and a two-time first-team All-American. In 2004, he was named the tournament MVP after Lindenwood won the national tournament, and he was also named the NAIA National Player of the Year. Novas was a double-figure goal scorer in all four of his seasons, and he recorded over 60 goals in his career.”
