Julia Bradenberg-Schaeffer is a local Saint Louis girl who grew up in South County. She went to high school at Ursuline Academy in Kirkwood and went on to play D1 soccer at Saint Louis University. She has been training young athletes for 15+ years.
Julia had quite a soccer career, a few of her top honors are 2x Gatorade Player of the Year recipient, St. Louis Cardinals Athlete of the Year, Post Dispatch Player of the Year, and former D1 All-American. Most of what she knows she’s learned through her own experience. Her passion is to help young athletes build confidence mentally while getting stronger & quicker on the ball.
She teaches speed/agility, injury prevention, personal training, strength/conditioning and mentors elite athletes. Julia is considered a high-performance coach, her whole heart is dedicated to helping train and educate young athletes on how to navigate through life as an athlete. In order to reach your highest potential performance, your mindset has to be equally as strong (or stronger) than your physical abilities.
